Blue Turtle Casitas is our only home, and we are pleased to welcome you!

We hope that you enjoy your visit to Todos Santos and find moments to simply breath in the calm beauty of the area. May memories of desert stars at night, warm sand between your toes, the brightening glow of sunrise and incandescent sunsets that seem to burn cloud edges into molten glass return home with you as a balm for the stress that so many confront on a day-to-day basis.

Blue Turtle Casitas
Both Tracie and I (Bill) are professional Merchant Marine captains and have spent years dreaming about and designing our retirement “forever home”. Living aboard boats has made us acutely aware of the need for space utilization, an awareness we transferred into the design of our home. We tried to include everything needed for comfortable living, from ventilation chimneys and efficient kitchens to fragrant plantings, while not consuming more resources than are required. We use solar energy, drip irrigation, and do our best to recycle and compost to minimize what we add to local landfill.
We included full kitchens in the casitas and encourage you to take advantage of the remarkably affordable food providers in town. Spending a few dollars at the Fruiteria San Ignacio stand (on the right as you head into town) can set you up for several days’ worth of breakfasts and lunches. Pacifica Fish Market (across the street from where Camino al Pacifico meets the Las Playitas paved road) and Los Pinos market next door can supply you with all that you will need to be able to prepare your own meals from incredibly fresh ingredients.
